I am writing to express my interest in working for Dalberg as a DGDA (Consulting). I am an HR
graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur looking to secure a role in this field and I believe my passion of
working for social causes and my management skills could benefit the organization.
I am dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic, with a strong passion for community service. During
my college years, I was involved with several NGOs and successfully executed school enrollment
drives every year in the neighborhood villages, I also worked for the CSR wing of my previous
organization and executed multiple programs related to education and health.
I come from a small village in Telangana and have grown up in a community with bare minimum
facilities. I would love to utilize my skills and my past experience for causes that have the potential to
impact a large group of people.
